My name is Ken Barnes I am also known as The L.E.A.N MindBody Coach. I am passionate about delivering personal and professional development that changes people’s lives in a positive way.  I achieve this through increasing productivity and wellbeing in corporate world through LEAN Wellbeing.

As an expert in weight loss and sugar and refined carbohydrate eating, I  serve my personal clients through my website The L.E.A.N Mindbody Coach.

The focus of L.E.A.N Wellbeing is developing new and improve habits in people and teams. Using my years of experience, I have developed a powerful method for change, ‘Transition through Introspection’, which empowers individuals to self reflect, recognise and analyse their core strengths and areas of competence. Using this method for change, L.E.A.N Wellbeing focusses on developing positive behavioural and cognitive change in four key areas.

As a self-development coach that has been changing lives for over 25 years, I provide a wealth of experience and knowledge to many of life challenges. As certified Health Coach, I specialise in weight loss and stress management.

Through my qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and my understanding of the neuroscience of habits, I am able to create workshops, deliver programmes and provide coaching that changes thinking and behaviour that creates lasting change.
