The 7-Day Productivity Diet Plan Challenge is designed to provide participants with the practice, knowledge and encouragement to develop better productivity nutrition habits. This is a group activity programme, with a minimum of 10 people a time, taking the 7-Day Productivity Diet Plan Challenge.

The friendship and mutual trust a workplace provides can be a huge motivating factor is assisting everyone on the challenge t complete the 7-days. Working together with a group of individuals towards a common goal is inspiring, empowering, and promotes accountability.
