What programmes do you offer?

The LEAN Wellbeing focuses on helping people to develop healthy, productive lifestyle habits and mindset, that leads to better productivity in workplace and at home. Our programmes can be delivered in a presentation workshop style or a keynote speech.

What are some of the facts?

Work-related stress, depression or anxiety continues to represent a significant ill health condition in the UK workforce. Work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounts for 40% of work-related ill health and 49% of working days lost, in 2016/17. Work related stress develops when a person is unable to cope with the demands being placed on them. Stress can affect anyone at any level of the business, so it is important that all employers have a strategy in place to deal with, and prevent, work related stress.

All employers have a legal responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 to ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees at work. This includes minimising the risk of stress-related illness or injury to employees. Ignoring physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace doesn’t make good business sense.  Research shows that companies that prioritise employee engagement and wellbeing outperform the rest of the companies by 10%. LEAN Wellbeing can assist you in your efforts improve mental and physical wellbeing, in your organisation.
